Mink Realty LLC offers a flat fee listing service that allows homeowners to sell their property like a pro while saving thousands in agent commissions. By listing your home on the MLS for a set fee, you avoid paying a high listing agent commission and only pay a fee if there is a buyer’s agent involved.
Our process is simple: choose the listing package that fits your needs, complete the MLS input data sheet, sign the contract, and upload your photos directly on our website. For optimal results we recommend professional photography to showcase your home, which can help you sell faster. Unlike other third-party services, I personally manage every aspect of your listing from start to finish, so you get hands-on support throughout the process.
In Kentucky and Florida I offer two listing packages. There is a $500 transaction fee due at closing in addition to the upfront listing charge for the Gold package. The Platinum package, which includes full realtor assistance throughout the selling process, comes with a $2,000 fee at closing. In Indiana I am only allowed to offer the Platinum listing package — Indiana does not allow transactional real estate brokerage.
